A happy and cheery group getting ready to scale the Great Wall. I don't think anyone realized how tough a hike it would be to make it to the high points, but everyone made it.
While we were huffing and puffing up 45 degree inclines on rough cobblestones, half of China was trying to sell us everything from t-shirts to carvings to hats to wooden flutes. The Chinese street (wall?) venders were persistant and everybody came down with more than they went up with.
