May 7 at the Ming Tombs.

In case you're wondering where the tomb is, so were we. Actually it wasn't much more than a huge undeground burial chamber from around 1590 that was mostly empty. It is called the Dingling tomb (the only one of 13 Ming tombs open to the public). I really thought that it was therefore the Dingling Ming tomb, but nope...his last name was not Ming and his first name was something like Zhou Li Xaio.

It was long day and lots of walking, I can't beleive evryone was still smiling.

After an economics class tomorrow (finally!) we're off to the Summer Palace and then a free night for the students
